Color green on website looks different than in person, dissapointed. I dont have time to return because it was a gift for someone.

I have messaged over 5 emails and all keep saying we will contact you in 24 hrs. Well nobody has and the package says returned to sender. No email response, no help with anything just poor customer service and now I’m out almost $100 for clothes I didn’t receive.
