There's nothing more frustrating than to receive a 'Delivered' notification on your phone or email, only to find out your package is nowhere to be found. We totally understand this frustration (it frustrates us, too), and want to help you troubleshoot this issue with the mailing courier.

To streamline this process for you, we've created a step by step process to submit a missing package claim to either USPS or UPS. To ensure there aren't any more roadblocks to submitting this claim, please have the following information ready:

  1. Your USPS or UPS tracking number
  2. Your order total (dollar amount)
  3. Our mailing address as the business sender:

Step by Step Missing Package Inquiry Flow

  1. Go to the USPS Missing Package Inquiry page or the UPS Missing Package Inquiry page.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts and be sure to fill in all information correctly.
  3. Once submitted, document your claim number for future reference.
  4. Wait until you are contacted by your local courier (via SMS or e-mail) regarding the status of your missing package.

In the event your package is found and redirected to you, praise God! You're all set! If your package cannot be found, please continue to follow these steps to get refunded:

  1. Contact Us immediately at Copy and paste the following message template

    Subject: Package Not Found

    Message: Hello! I recently submitted a missing package inquiry with {UPS/USPS} and I've been notified that my package is, in deed, missing. I'd like to initiate the process of receiving a refund for my order. My order number is {insert order number}.

    Thank you,

  2. Once we've received your email, we will file a ShipSurance claim for your refund.
  3. Within 48 hours of filing this claim, you will receive an email from us requesting that you fill out a Missing Package Verification form. This short form helps speed up the process of the ShipSurance claim.
  4. Within 7-10 business days, your claim will be processed and your refund will be issued.
