Request An Exchange/Return
At IVHISGLORY, we want your exchange/return process to be as seamless and stress free as possible. For this reason, we've updated our exchange/return workflow to include Self-Serve Returns!
Updated (Better) Process
Follow these instructions to submit your exchange/return:
- Create a Customer Account (Follow the simple on-screen prompts)
- Once logged-in, select Request Return under the order you wish to exchange/return.
- Select the items you wish to exchange/return and select Request Return*
*For returns, select the reason for your return.
*For exchanges, type the word 'EXCHANGE' in the note section.
What Happens Next?
- Upon receipt and inspection of your exchange, we'll issue you a gift card in the exact amount of your original order to spend how you desire. This gives you more control over your exchange, allowing you to grab something different or something new without the hassle of waiting for our approval.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll issue a refund to the card used on file, minus the flat rate return label fee of $5.95
