Request An Exchange/Return
At IVHISGLORY, we want your exchange/return process to be as seamless and stress free as possible. For this reason, we've updated our exchange/return workflow to include Self-Serve Returns!
Updated (Better) Process
Follow these instructions to submit your exchange/return:
- Create a Customer Account (Follow the simple on-screen prompts)
- Once logged-in, select Request Return under the order you wish to exchange/return.
- Select the items you wish to exchange/return and select Request Return*
*For returns, select the reason for your return.
*For exchanges, type the word 'EXCHANGE' in the note section, and mention your desired color/size change
What Happens Next?
- Upon receipt, inspection, and approval of your exchange, we'll submit your desired size or color for fulfillment and delivery. You’ll be notified via email.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll issue a refund to the card used on file, minus the flat rate return label fee of $5.95
