Please note that once an item has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. We will not be held liable for any packages lost due to address errors.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The item being exchanged must be in its original condition, without any damage or signs of wear.
  • It's essential to avoid applying body odor or perfume to the exchanged item, as this may affect its eligibility for exchange.
  • If the exchanged item is received in a damaged or scented condition, the exchange request will be canceled.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges after the first one.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us! We offer hassle-free returns for eligible items. Here's what you need to know:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item being returned must be in its original condition, without any damage or signs of wear.
  • It's crucial to avoid applying body odor or perfume to the returned item, as this may affect its eligibility for a refund.
  • If the returned item has any noticeable odor or perfume, a rewash fee of 15% of the item's cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Returns of damaged items will not be accepted or refunded.
  • All refunds are awarded MINUS the cost of the return postage.
