IVHISGLORY X Printful - A Strategic Partnership

At IVHISGLORY, two things are top priority...

(1) Product Availability: Customer (family) feedback is clear - you all love our designs, but frequent unavailability is a pain point; you want what you want, when you want it, and we get that!

(2) Warehouse Efficiency: As faithful stewards of what the Lord has provided to us by way of warehousing, we desire to maximize capacity without putting unnecessary stress on our current fulfillment systems.

For this reason, we have prayerfully considered and will be entering a fulfillment partnership with Printful, Inc. This partnership has been a year in the making; we did not make this decision lightly.

Here are the details of our partnership below:

(1) By the end of 2025, ALL graphic tees purchased from our site will be printed, packed, and shipped from Printful's warehouses across the nation. Printful uses the industry best DTG printers and have ensured us, through many rounds of sampling, that the quality you're accustomed to will not be impacted in any way; we are confident of that.

(2) When you order multiple items from us, we'll ship the items we have in our warehouse to you, and Printful will ship the on-demand items from their warehouse to you as well; two separate packages for those applicable orders.

• Each part of your order will have separate tracking that will be sent to you once your order has been fulfilled. For added confidence, we'll add additional communications in your package to let you know what to expect.

(3) Exchanges/Returns will undergo the same process as before; we'll handle that manually on our end to ensure the same low-friction process you're accustomed to.

We're excited about what this partnership can achieve - a seamless experience for you as the customer, and more readily available design offerings for you as well.
